Experience

Mike is a professional Executive Coach, Leadership Mentor and Coaching Supervisor. He has board level experience within the major corporate sector and has broad based coaching and mentoring experience within education (primary, secondary and tertiary and with pupils, teachers, support staff and leadership teams), financial services, legal, vehicle contracting, training and personal development and consultancy. 

He has a holistic, non-directive philosophy of coaching, working with board members, fast track managers and partners in the professions. His principal coaching activity is with organisations, teams or individuals facing transition and supporting the development of multi-level leadership capabilities with a focus on high performance. He has also worked extensively with business owner-managers and Small and Medium Enterprises.

Mike has been a regular speaker at international EMCC conferences and seminars. As an accredited ILM trainer he develops and delivers Coaching and Mentoring Programmes at ILM Levels 3, 5 and 7 through Intuition Discovery and Development Ltd which is an Accredited ILM Centre. He is a Visiting Lecturer at Wolverhampton University Business School, supporting the MA in Coaching and Mentoring.

He is based in Shropshire where he lives with his wife Jackie. Their two daughters are making their way in the world, one based in Ross on Wye and the other in Perth, Australia. Mike and Jackie are frequent flyers with Emirates!
