Experience

With an HR background and highly gifted at solving technical problems, Carina is a key day-to-day member of the Skynote team. 

Tamsin and Carina are great friends, have known each other for nearly two decades and their styles and skills complement each other beautifully. 

Known for her partnering approach and ‘can do’ solution focused style, Carina is skilled at working with senior management to devise and implement strategic HR and social media solutions. 

She has extensive experience in the design and implementation of 360° feedback systems, all areas of performance management and also international corporate relocation HR; with personal empathy having lived in Vienna for four years. 

Carina enjoys spending time with her very active and sporty family, and various animals.  She lives in Hertfordshire.
